Victoria has 20+ years experience partnering with CEOs, Boards and business leaders to develop and execute corporate strategy in a range of tech and data-enabled B2B companies. She has a strong commercial background in product management and marketing which informs her flexible and collaborative approach as a strategist.
She believes that strategy should first and foremost be actionable - no more slide decks sitting in the "must read properly someday" pile. To do this it must be crisply and clearly communicable and the steps to execution clearly defined. Options are important too because a plan is often out of date as soon as it is written.
Victoria led Group Strategy at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) during a time of exceptional growth and change and a series of transformational acquisitions. She was an architect and core deal team member of the $27bn acquisition of Refinitiv.
She has deep sector expertise in data, technology and financial markets infrastructure.
She has developed strategies for high growth start-ups, segment leaders and global 500 listed companies in both the public and private sectors. Her work has always been globally focused.
Victoria is especially skilled at corporate strategy definition and execution, custom-building strategic planning processes, KPI frameworks, business growth and M&A value capture.
Victoria would be delighted to discuss your strategy consulting contracts ranging from 1 day+ to 1 year+. She is connected to an extensive and high quality global network of strategists and advisors and can structure and oversee projects as well as undertake them herself.
